Call Center

Utilizing cloud technology, the POSnet Call center is 100% fully integrated with our POS software in the store. Taking an order from the call center will automatically appear in the destination store and will print in the kitchen. Credit card transactions will use the destination store information to be part of the end of day batch and for tip adjustment in the store level (PCI Compliant). Automatically selects the destination store by customer information and address validation. POSnet Call Center improves efficiency and increases profits with the use of POSnet Cloud technology.

When running multiple locations, the convenience of a call center allows the customer to call one centralized phone number regardless of the restaurant location or phone number, and have the restaurant call center representative take and direct the order to be made at the closest store to the customers address. This creates more efficiency for the restaurant by being able to utilize the employees in many other ways besides taking orders on the phone.
